Management and maintenance of ventilation, air conditioning, cold and air treatment, heat and domestic hot water production facilities for the Lille University Hospital - Lot 4
The contract started in October 2022 for a duration of four years and covers five specialized hospitals, two medical-psychological centers, a creche, a dental care center, a morgue, the Lille University Hospital's laundry, four administrative buildings for the SAMU (emergency service) and the nurses' home.
This contract promotes efficient energy management by means of an incentive system linked to the CHU’s gas consumption.
