Construction of the new Lesaffre International Research Campus in Marcq-en-Barœul and Marquette-lez-Lille
It includes 23,000 m² of offices, laboratories and industrial pilots dedicated to research on the potential of fermentation.
The campus is intended to accommodate 700 employees.
Its innovative climatic design makes it possible to achieve performance equivalent to the Passivhaus label. The project is also based on the enhancement of nature.
